Tim Lougnane

Tim was a resident of Elmwood Park back when he was a student from K–8 and moved back to town 12 years ago. He’s now raising two children in the district and has a strong history of community service. He served on the school board from 2019 to 2023 and was just recently reelected! He’s also been an Elmwood Park Youth Commission Officer since 2016. As a high school and college referee in five sports for 18 years, he brings a deep understanding of athletics and is committed to improving the sports programs for all district students.

Stephane Toledo

Stéphane has been a dedicated member of the Elmwood Park community since 2012. With one daughter who graduated from EPHS and another currently attending since the ECC, Stéphane has devoted countless voeeeelunteer hours to the PATT, leading several major school events. Now serving the Athletic Boosters Club, she continues to play an active role in supporting student activities and fostering community connections.

Alexander Cardona

A member of the Elmwood Park community for over 30 years, Alex is a proud EP schools and sports alum with three children currently involved in the same programs he was in, Band, Soccer, X-Country, Track. He has long served the community as a volunteer coach and scout leader, and now contributes to the Athletic Boosters Club by enhancing its use of technology and promoting fiscal responsibility.

Jennifer Torres-Cardona

Jennifer has been in Elmwood Park for over 12 years. She’s a proud parent of 3 children in the district. She’s highly motivated & dedicated as she holds multiple positions in the different volunteer organizations in the community. Being a PATT secretary, PAT secretary, and the Band Booster president it only made sense to join and support the Sports Boosters as well! She’s lead multiple events for each of the schools at different levels and continues to support our kids.
